Information and purposes
The online form collects your name, phone number, optional email address, route, date and time, passenger count, flight number and any notes you provide. Your request is stored on the site server and an email notification is sent to our operations team. These details are used to answer the request, check vehicle availability and pricing, plan the journey and contact you.
Recipients and other services
Authorised operations staff and necessary technical service providers may access request data; journey details needed to provide the service may be shared with an assigned driver. If you choose to contact us through WhatsApp, that service’s privacy terms also apply.
Retention
Online request records are kept in the operational system for up to six months and then removed, unless a longer period is required by law.
